This document is a public offer to enter into an agreement between the user and the provider of the Tamweel service. Registering in the system means accepting the offer.
Subject of the agreement
The provider grants the user the right to use the Tamweel platform on a subscription basis.
Plans and payments
The terms of current plans are provided via the site or as agreed with a sales manager. Payment is made under a contract or invoice.
Obligations of the parties
The provider keeps the system running, secures the data, and supplies technical support. The user pays on time according to the chosen plan and keeps access credentials confidential.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. After termination, the user has 30 days to export their data.
